They/She

Hey there, I’m Rani!

Our world can be overflowing with pressure, contradictions, and systems that were never built with your wholeness in mind. You might feel constantly pulled between who the world wants you to be and who you actually are. And when you try to slow down, reconnect, or even resist? It can feel like you’re stuck, disconnected, or just plain exhausted from holding it all together.

Some of what you’re carrying was never yours to carry. These different expectations, histories of harm, the weight of surviving in systems that were designed to make your survival harder. Chronic stress, anxiety, numbness, isolation…these aren’t personal failures. They are what happens when people are asked to live inside structures that don’t honor them.

Therapy with me isn’t about fixing you because you were never what needed fixing. It’s about unlearning what was never yours, reconnecting with what is, and healing in community rather than in isolation. Our therapeutic work together is rooted in collective liberation, where your individual healing is connected to the healing of your community, your ancestors, and the world around you. We’ll honor every part of who you have been, who you are, and who you want to be - the psychological, the ancestral, the political, and the collective, all while making real space for joy, rest, creativity, and reclamation.

You don’t have to do this alone.

“I am deeply committed to helping teens and young adults recognize that healing isn’t something you do alone. It’s something we build together in community, in solidarity, and with every part of you honored.”

Affordable Teen Therapy & Young Adult Therapy in Colorado

Rates & Insurance

Accessible care, no barriers.

Mental health is a human right here at Interfaith Bridge Counseling and we are committed to making care genuinely reachable for Colorado teens and young adults, it’s one of the reasons I joined this practice. When you choose your rate, we ask that you consider what you can genuinely afford to pay consistently, while also honoring that this is our livelihood. Our sliding scale is a mutual aid model:

Those who pay closer to the top make it possible for those who need to pay less to access care. Your rate is a reflection of your financial reality, a contribution to our Colorado community, and a recognition that the people supporting you deserve to be sustainably compensated for their work.

Common Teen Therapy & Young Adult Therapy Questions:

  • Yes, I accept all RAEs of Health First Colorado (Medicaid), including CHP+. I also offer a pay-what-you-can sliding scale from $60-$140 for those without Medicaid, are uninsured, or have commercial insurance.

  • Yes. I work with teens ages 10-18 and young adults ages 19-35, specifically with BIPOC and QTBIPOC clients navigating chronic stress, disability, racial trauma, and identity, including AAPI, immigrant, and Muslim communities.

  • QTBIPOC affirming therapy means that all of you is welcome in our therapeutic space. And as someone who is queer, non-binary, and a person of color myself, I bring my whole self into the therapeutic room too. Our identities aren't something we work around or put to the side, they're something we honor, explore, and center in our therapeutic work together.

  • Yes. I have lived experience with hEDS (Hypermobile Ehlers Danlos Syndrome), POTS, and neurodivergence, which means I understand the complexity of navigating the world in a body that requires extra care and attention. Disability-affirming therapy isn't just a specialty or requirement from Interfaith Bridge, it is also deeply personal.
