She/Her

Hey there, I’m Gabby!

Being a young person in this world comes with so much pressure…like everyone wants you to have your whole life figured out by the time you’re 18. As if there’s this perfect map you’re supposed to follow - get accepted to college, start your career, get married, be confident in who you are. And if there’s a detour? Yikes. But chances are, no one actually gave you the map. Or if they did, it doesn’t feel like your map. It’s filled with other people’s expectations, like what you family wants, what school and work demand, what society says success should and must look like.

And those pressures? Well, they build upon one another. Quietly at first, then all at once. You might begin to feel it in your chest, in your stomach, or as a storm of thoughts that just won’t stop rolling in. Suddenly, you’re snapping at people you care about, shutting down, or slipping into a sadness you can’t quite explain. Sometimes, the pressure gets so intense it spirals into place you don’t know how to come back from.

But here’s the thing, you’re not alone. You’re a whole human navigating a world that runs on autopilot. It rarely slows down long enough to ask, what do you actually need? But hey, that’s where I come in.

Together, we’ll slow everything down. We’ll figure out where the pressure is coming from and what it’s trying to hold together. And then, we’ll explore the parts of you that have been overlooked or dismissed, like your identities, your values, your culture, your lived experiences. From managing stress and navigating life transitions to unpacking identities to making peace with your mind and body…whatever you’re holding, I’ll be right beside you.

You don’t need to have it all mapped out, I promise. Let’s start where you are and go from there, together

Affordable Teen Therapy & Young Adult Therapy in Colorado

Accessible care, always.

Mental health is a human right here at Interfaith Bridge Counseling and we are committed to making care genuinely reachable for Colorado teens and young adults, it’s one of the reasons I joined this practice. When you choose your rate, we ask that you consider what you can genuinely afford to pay consistently, while also honoring that this is our livelihood. Our sliding scale is a mutual aid model:

Those who pay closer to the top make it possible for those who need to pay less to access care. Your rate is a reflection of your financial reality, a contribution to our Colorado community, and a recognition that the people supporting you deserve to be sustainably compensated for their work.
