She/Her

Hey there, I’m Trenton!

Life can feel like a giant game of tug of war. Most days, you’re pulled in a million different directions from school to work to family to friends, and even, to your own critical expectations. And no matter which way you lean, there’s always something else that tugs just a little bit harder, grabbing for your peace of mind. It’s overwhelming and exhausting.

What’s worse? When you’re trying to keep up with every tug, it’s can also feel like you’re all alone in this endless game of back and forth. Suddenly, questions like how is everyone else managing to keep it all together? And why does it feel like I’m the only one out here stuck in this endless game? Am I at my breaking point? Hell, you might even start believing that somehow the problem is actually you. But here’s the thing - that confusion… the constant thought spirals… the pull in all directions, well that means you’re human. And even when all of it is tangled into a knot, there’s still a thread we can find and follow, together.

As your therapist, that’s exactly what we’ll do in session. We’ll trace the thread by untangling the small day-to-day experiences and feelings you’ve had, then we’ll sit with the bigger stuff, like your hopes, your patterns, and the parts of yourself that are still waiting to be discovered. Together, we’ll loosen the knots, notices the tugs, and support you in feeling more connected to your life and to yourself so that you are heard, supported, and reminded of your strength.

Let’s start unraveling the impossible, one thread at a time, together.

Affordable Teen Therapy & Young Adult Therapy in Colorado

Rates & Insurance

Accessible care, no asterisks.

Mental health is a human right here at Interfaith Bridge Counseling and we are committed to making care genuinely reachable for Colorado teens and young adults, it’s one of the reasons I joined this practice. When you choose your rate, we ask that you consider what you can genuinely afford to pay consistently, while also honoring that this is our livelihood. Our sliding scale is a mutual aid model:

Those who pay closer to the top make it possible for those who need to pay less to access care. Your rate is a reflection of your financial reality, a contribution to our Colorado community, and a recognition that the people supporting you deserve to be sustainably compensated for their work.

Common Teen Therapy & Young Adult Therapy Questions:

  • Yes, I accept all RAEs of Health First Colorado (Medicaid), including CHP+. I also offer a pay-what-you-can sliding scale from $60-$140 for those without Medicaid, are uninsured, or have commercial insurance.

  • Yes. I work with teens ages 10-18 and young adults ages 19-35 with a strong focus on neurodivergent clients navigating anxiety, school challenges, work challenges, and social anxiety.

  • Neurodivergent-affirming therapy means adapting therapy to how your specific, neurodivergent brain actually works instead of some arbitrary neurotypical standard you were never meant to fit. Simply put? I don’t try to make neurodivergent clients appear more neurotypical.

Our sessions are shaped around you, your neurodivergence, your communication style, sensory needs, and every which way you process.

  • I offer telehealth therapy to teens and young adults throughout Colorado. Telehealth therapy with me means you can join from wherever feels most comfortable, such as your bedroom, your parked car, or even on a walk.

  • Schedule a free 30 minute phone consultation with me. No paperwork, no commitment, just a conversation to see if we’re a good fit.
