They/She

Hey there, I’m Courtney!

When life feels out of control, even the smallest decisions you make can feel overwhelming. Maybe it seems like you’re just along for the ride, stuck in patterns you didn’t choose, reacting instead of responding, and unclear on how you got so off-course. You feel disconnected from yourself and your needs, your wants, your goals, and even, your voice. All of this can leave you feeling exhausted, anxious, and shut down.

But that’s the thing about life - it can be so easy to just go along and let life happen to you. As if you’re the passenger, not acting in your own life but allowing life to act on you. Those feelings of self-doubt, guilt, and loneliness really makes you give up control to, well…the world. And, after a while, this way of living can start to seem normal, yet uncomfortable. To stay small and out of the way. Yet the whole time, you know deep down something needs to change

As your therapist, I’ll help get you back into the driver’s seat. We’ll go at your pace, using the strengths that you already carry within you to move towards the life that you truly want. We’ll slow it all down, together, and seek to understand what’s been steering your choices. We’ll reconnect with the parts of you that you trust to guide us where you want to go. Let’s shift you out of neutral and onto a path of confidence and joy.

Graduate Level Professional Counseling Intern, Supervised by Lena McCain MA, LPC.0017723

“More than anything, I want teens and young adults to know they don’t need permission to put down what they’ve been holding so tightly, and instead, discover that beneath it all, their voice, their confidence, and their power have been there all along.”

Affordable Teen Therapy & Young Adult Therapy in Colorado

Rates & Insurance

Accessible care, full stop.

Mental health is a human right here at Interfaith Bridge Counseling and we are committed to making care genuinely reachable for Colorado teens and young adults, it’s one of the reasons I joined this practice. When you choose your rate, we ask that you consider what you can genuinely afford to pay consistently, while also honoring that this is our livelihood. Our sliding scale is a mutual aid model:

Those who pay closer to the top make it possible for those who need to pay less to access care. Your rate is a reflection of your financial reality, a contribution to our Colorado community, and a recognition that the people supporting you deserve to be sustainably compensated for their work.
