No, our services are not faith-based. All of our therapeutic services are provided with a psychological approach in Mindfulness-Based Transpersonal Counseling (MBTC). MBTC specifically uses techniques that are focused on your overall health in body, mind, and soul/spirit.

By including your overall health in this capacity, you and your therapist are able to unite your spiritual and cultural perspectives in your therapeutic work, encouraging a all-inclusive, insightful experience to healing and growth.

All of our therapists operate on a pay-what-you-can scale between $60 - $140 per session for individual counseling.

On January 1st of each year, we apply an annual fee increase of $10 for all individual counseling clients in order to continue to offer accessible mental health therapy. This practice is part of honoring our therapeutic relationship, this mental health community, and your therapeutic work. It is important to note that your pay-what-you-can scale maxes out at $140, which means if you are already paying $140 per session, you will not receive a fee increase.

At this time, we accept Colorado Health First Medicaid with Rocky Mountain Health Plans (RMHP) and CO Access. However, if you have private insurance, you may still be eligible for reimbursement through the submission of a superbill.

We provide superbills to those who have requested them during the first week of each month via your Client Portal. If you have questions or would like to set up an on-going superbill request, please reach out to your therapist directly.

Whether you are calling for yourself or your teen, our first consultation or therapeutic meeting will consist of us reviewing the reason(s) for seeking support, where you and/or your teen are in life, and what you're interested in exploring. If we find that we are the right fit, the first few sessions together will involve a process of getting to know one another, sharing you and/or your teens' history, and discussing the short and long-term goals of our work together.

Each person and reason for coming to therapy differs from person to person as well as family to family. Because of this, the amount of necessary sessions will vary. However, we will always be transparent with you on your journey with us. It is important to note that we are not considered a short-term, skills-only therapy practice. Instead, we support an on-going therapeutic model that addresses both short-term and long-term needs. On average, our clients tend to work with us for 2-4 years.
